Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Work with individual or small groups of students to reinforce learning
Provide support to students with special educational needs or disabilities
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
Monitor and manage student behavior in the classroom
Help to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance and record keeping
Support extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements:

Some experience working with children in a classroom or other educational setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children
A willingness to learn and support the school's values and policies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
