    We have partnered with a beautiful stylish luxury Womenswear brand, who require a Technical manager .

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Technologist or Technical manager who will oversee the technical team in production ensuring the best quality of garment is produced from production handover through to final QC of the bulk production.

    You will have a proven track record in ethical compliance and be able to deliver exceptionally well fitted and finished garments to the highest standard. You will have worked within a luxury or premium retailer and be experienced at working alongside the atelier and Design team.

    This is a key cross functional role you will communicates daily with the Production team and manufacturers in ensuring that all products (protos, SMS, PPS, TOP and Size sets) are produced in line with the company's luxury requirements in a timely manner and with the correct cost implications.

    The Technical Manager will oversee the day to day activities of all production technical team and provide technical and advisory support including but not limited to garment construction, pattern technology and fabric technology when necessary.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Strong communication skills are required as you pivot between key stakeholders, the production team, and the factories.

    · Manage the day-to-day activities of all production technical team and provide technical advice on garment construction, pattern technology and fabric technology.

    · Implement technical processes and technical Critical Path.

    · Develop the company technical manual and guidelines and to issue AQL standard to external partners.

    · To work hand in Atelier and PD during the production handover process.

    · Coordinate fittings for all samples ensuring workflow and approvals for production are issued in accordance to the Critical Path.

    · To manage PPS production sealing process.

    · Establish clear production pattern and grading rules & requirements to ensure a smooth launch into bulk.

    · To handover the PPS to factories and to follow through the PPS critical path.

    · Ensure compliance with the company's quality standard of all production.

    · Propose commercial solutions to issues as they arise.

    Required Skills:

    · Must come from a Senior Garment Tech role, with a minimum 10 years' experience with luxury products.

    · Strong knowledge of pattern cutting, grading and sewing techniques. s.

    · The ideal candidate must be able to work well with multiple stakeholders and at the same time be capable of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
