We have a great opportunity for a Housing Professional to join our award-winning Housing Management Team as Team Leader (Income Recovery).


The focus of this role is to lead the Income Team to protect income streams, prevent rent arrears and maximise income and develop the income management service to maintain upper quartile performance.


You will have substantial experience in social housing, rent income collection/recovery and in the delivery and development of a high-quality service.

You will also be able to demonstrate your knowledge of performance management in income recovery/collection and have a track record of leading teams and achieving results.

We are looking for a highly organised and focussed individual with a flexible approach.
