- Preparing and managing employment contracts
- Coordinating onboarding processes (DBS checks, right to work, references)
- Facilitating new starter inductions and equipment setup
- Administering probationary periods
- Maintaining HR databases and records
- Managing holiday, sickness, and absence records
- Liaising with payroll and administer benefits
- Handling general HR queries
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks

- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Degree qualified; CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a pioneering technology company on an exciting journey of growth based in the West End This will be a fast-paced and hands-on role working closely with the HR Manager.
You will be part of a small but respected HR function and be able to add value and make a difference in your role. This position will suit someone with at least five years hands on HR experience or HR exposure, ideally with a strong legal background (i.e. someone possessing a legal Degree or similar).

This is a hybrid role, approximately 3 days per week in the office. Salary is up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
