    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a pioneering technology company on an exciting journey of growth based in the West End This will be a fast-paced and hands-on role working closely with the HR Manager.

    You will be part of a small but respected HR function and be able to add value and make a difference in your role. This position will suit someone with at least five years hands on HR experience or HR exposure, ideally with a strong legal background (i.e. someone possessing a legal Degree or similar).

    Duties will include:

    • Preparing and managing employment contracts
    • Coordinating onboarding processes (DBS checks, right to work, references)
    • Facilitating new starter inductions and equipment setup
    • Administering probationary periods
    • Maintaining HR databases and records
    • Managing holiday, sickness, and absence records
    • Liaising with payroll and administer benefits
    • Handling general HR queries
    • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks
    • Maintaining shared HR inbox and sponsor management system
    • Producing monthly reports for internal stakeholders
    • Contributing to HR process improvement projects
    • Assisting with policy and procedure development
    • Providing diary management support to the HR Manager etc

    Person Specification:

    • Previous HR administration experience required, minimum 5 years in a comparable role/environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
    • Experience with HR systems preferred
    • Experience in high-volume HR admin roles desirable
    • Strong organisational and diary management skills
    • Degree qualified; CIPD Level 3 qualification
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
    • Discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail
    • Relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation

    This is a hybrid role, approximately 3 days per week in the office. Salary is up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
