c£18,000 per annum
Kiwi Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new client who have a brilliant opportunity to join their team as Finance and Office Administrator.
This is a part time role (25 hours per week) where your day-to-day responsibilities will consist ofsupporting our client with financial administration, office support and working with the Treasurer, CEO and Trustees.
You will also conduct general office administration such as database management, website updating, managing our clients education programme - and assisting the CEO with all the activities of the business including their busy events programme.
This position is part-time and will involve an average of three days' work a week (25 hours), which can be spread flexibly over 5 days.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- IT literate.
- Able to confidently use Xero, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office.
- Background in financial and office administration.
- A background in the third sector and/or events management/fundraising.
- An interest in the conservation and enhancement of the built and natural environment of Sussex.
