    We seek an excellent leader who will be part of a strong middle leadership team as Head of Sixth Form. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and inspiring leader who will understand and embody aspirations into every corner of the Academy,working alongside other leaders in the academy.

    The Head of Sixth Form will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Sixth Form, the academic progress and pastoral welfare of the Sixth Form students, and recruitment of students. As a key member of the Curriculum Leader team, the Head of Sixth Form will be active in promoting the school aims, and supporting an ethos that promotes achievement and high standards.

    We are looking for an individual who leads with humanity and epitomises the ethical framework for leadership in education, a calm and motivatedindividual who can foster positive relationships rapidly, a natural supportive leader who has presence and inner drive, an optimist who will go the extra mile to ensure the life chances and 'cultural capital' of all our pupils are maximised.

    You will be a successful leader with a proven track record of school improvement. You will have significant experience of raising achievement, leading change and have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate staff and students.
