Are you looking for a new challenge in housing, working with our communities? We are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer to our Hampshire team.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers to build communities our customers are proud to live in.
You'll work in conjunction with our customers daily, supporting them with tenancy enquiries and where appropriate, addressing tenancy breaches, creating action plans including enforcement of tenancy conditions.
About you
You'll have experience of working in a customer facing role, approaching daily challenges enthusiastically.
It is essential that you have tenancy and estate management experience alongside a good knowledge of housing practice and legislation.
You will be able to flexibly respond to unplanned situations and you'll be confident to think on your feet to problem solve in the moment.
You'll be liaising with our customers daily, so you'll have experience of handling challenging situations with a wide variety of customers who's needs will vary.
You'll possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work at pace and you will be be a proficient user of IT including the Microsoft office suite.
You'll need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.What's in it for me
