EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR, GROW (EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS), NEWARK, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK08 £23,430 - £25,292**Framework has an impressive track record of delivering employment and skills related support services in Nottinghamshire for over 15 years.


Framework is delighted to be delivering a new project in Newark and Sherwood called GROW as part of the Governments UK Shared Prosperity Fund.


This new and exciting project will support economically inactive participants to access training and life skills, liaise with support services, engage with community groups, receive benefits advice and access employability support.


As part of this opportunity, Framework is seeking to recruit an Employment Advisor to engage with participants in the local area and provide individuals with advice, guidance and support in order to achieve their goals and move towards employment.


Successful applicants will:

- be self-motivated and looking for a unique challenge
- feel confident delivering employability support both one to one and in group settings
- have excellent local knowledge of local support services and employment opportunities
- be able to build rapport with individuals
- be able to motivate participants and support them to achieve their goals
- have experience of working towards challenging targets
