Due to continued growth, year after year, one of my clients are actively seeking a committed Assistant Project Manager to add to the team

Currently have some incredible fit-out projects in the pipeline.

They deliver a world class fit-out service across a range of sectors, including hotels, residential, stadiums, commercial, marine, and modular solutions.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Project Management.

Willing to look at Joinery Site Mangers looking the next step in their career.

Day to Day:

• Assist with developing a project budget and ensure the project is delivered.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to the client's specifications.
• Ensure that labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors are effectively managed.
• Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress.
• Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project.
• Attending meetings and surveys with the client representatives
• Delivering projects on a worldwide basis.

Experience:

• Degree in Construction related subject / Joinery Trades background.
• Previous Project Management experience in Interior Fit-Out Sector.
• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control are essential.
• Client facing, UK driving licence, able to travel with the role on occasion.
