- Assist with developing a project budget and ensure the project is delivered.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the client's specifications.
- Ensure that labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors are effectively managed.
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress.
- Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project.
- Attending meetings and surveys with the client representatives
- Delivering projects on a worldwide basis.
- Degree in Construction related subject / Joinery Trades background.
- Previous Project Management experience in Interior Fit-Out Sector.
- Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control are essential.
- Client facing, UK driving licence, able to travel with the role on occasion.
