If so, Reqiva are partnered with a successful technology company based in the Reading area, they're looking to add a talented Technical Lead to their team.


You will be leading the development team and supporting with technical issues, as well as delivering on key projects from a hands-on point of view.

Our client uses a range of technologies across the Full Stack, if you're interested in learning and using a variety of technology then this opportunity is for you.

This position will be a hybrid opportunity, attending the office once a week.


Key Responsibilities for Technical Lead:


  • You will have a great can do attitude, that can fit straight into the team and work effectively on projects
  • Understand the company's core products and make sure your work aligns to them
  • Setting the standards within the Engineering team, ensuring the team follow the set processes
  • A great attitude towards mentoring junior members of the team

The Technical Lead will have the following:

  • Must have strong hands-on experience within development
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Must be qualified at Degree level in a relevant field

Benefits:

- £70,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience
