As part of the sales team at Loxley Colour, you will be responsible for helping the sales team meet their objectives to drive growth.
You will take on a range of tasks from basic sales administration duties to being a day-to-day point of contact for some key accounts, documenting their requirements and liaising with various teams to achieve an outcome that works for the business and the customer.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support senior members of the team with research, pricing, and customer proposals as well as communicate directly with customers.
Welcoming customers to our showroom and attending events.Maintain regular communication with key partner accounts to ensure we do not miss opportunities and spot issues early.
Answering inbound telephone calls to provide interested customers with support and product information.
Applying agreed discounts to our finance system
Arranging and documenting meetings with customers on behalf of other sales team members.
