I am currently working with a London Borough who are on the look for an experienced Planning Officer to join their Area Team on a rolling contract.

Duties Include;

  • Negotiate S106 agreements, discharge of conditions and finalise reserve matters.
  • Duty Planning
  • Undertaking remote site visits
  • Attend consultation events
