A unique Senior opportunity with a successful and growing social enterprise property group, with exciting plans for the future_


Your remit will be to head up and develop the companies Property (Asset) Management team which oversees reactive repairs, compliance, block management (factoring) and refurbishment of both their substantial portfolio of residential properties and also the large pipeline of new property stock.

This will suit someone who enjoys enhancing and developing service provision both from a strategic perspective and also by mentoring and developing team members, key duties will include:

  • Foster and lead a high performing team and as a member of senior management, help to drive improvements throughout the business
  • Ensuring all reactive repairs happen efficiently while providing good customer service to property tenants/owners
  • Improving proactive maintenance activities to minimise reactive repairs
  • Ensuring all property refurbishment projects happen on time and on budget
  • Leading, improving and designing a communal building management and building factor improvement programme
  • Design and implementation of a long term program of energy efficiency improvements across the portfolio prioritising work for maximum impact within budget constraints and ensuring incoming government regulations are adhered to.
  • Growing and maintaining the pool of reliable and skilled contractors
  • Providing constructive and timely reporting on the performance of the property portfolio, meeting and exceeding investor/stakeholder requirements
