Description

As a Gate Automation Engineer, you'll thrive in a demanding environment, working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.

Excellent spoken and written English is essential for interacting with residents and customers, as well as delivering detailed reports to the Office using a Tablet.

You'll mainly working from home, with weekly visits to our main base in Leicester to replenish stocks and collect kit.

Your expertise in Gate Automation systems and Access Control systems is crucial for this role, with additional experience in Welding being advantageous.

You'll be responsible for installations, retrofits, safety upgrades, service, maintenance, and fault finding. Ground working will be part of new installations, typically carried out in a team of two.


Key Skills and Experiences:

• Previous experience with Gate Automation Systems (e.g., CAME, ROGER, BENINCA, BFT)
• Valid UK Driving License
• Knowledge of Door Entry Systems/Access Control Panels/Door Automation systems is beneficial
• Understanding of Health and Safety aspects related to gate/door automation systems
• Electrical Installation Qualification is desirable They offer a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000 plus overtime at 1.5x on Saturdays and Sundays (subject to experience and product knowledge). You'll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additional hours during the week are paid at normal rates.
