Your Challenge
We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Development Administrator/Coordinator to join our ever-growing team at PoGo on a
part time basis.
The Network Development team at PoGo is responsible for identifying and securing opportunities for PoGo to invest in deploying ultra-rapid charging infrastructure, across the country.
As part of that team, the Network Development Coordinator will support the team primarily in the feasibility design stage, securing points of connection and other development activities required to assess the viability of any site for PoGo, as well as providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- To work with the Network Development team to support the solution development and feasibility design stages of our network development process
- Actively seek out activities that are in support of the Network Development team
- Ensure that tasks requested are swiftly completed and that there is as little 'chasing' as possible from team members
- Ensure requested updates to Salesforce are attended to immediately
- Follow established sales processes for solution development and feasibility design
- Social media networking to grow the PoGo brand online; sharing of and engagement with posts detailing project wins, market updates and potential PoGo opportunities
- To build and maintain collaborative working relationships with the PoGo Projects team
- Organisation of Network Development team meetings and administrative support of that meeting structure e.g. meeting minutes and action logs
- Written communication skills supported by Maths and English
- Basic understanding of IT; Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure with large administrative volumes of work
- Highly meticulous and process driven
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable team player
- Ability to respond quickly and keep to regular deadlines
- Strong ability with MS Word
- Experience with a Salesforce CRM and MS Teams preferable
- Well organised
- Self motivated
- Desire to develop knowledge about EV hardware, software and the market overall
- Ensure that all activities are conducted within our Health and safety and Environmental policies
- Attention to detail
- EV experience is positive but not a must
- Experience working with DNOs/iDNOs is positive but not a must
- Administrative background would be advantageous
- Familiarisation with Salesforce and Power BI are also preferred
