eTherapy Coordinator, NHS Trafford Talking Therapies

What you'll be doing


As an eTherapy Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver our online therapy service that supports people who are experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.


You will work alongside a team of eTherapy Coordinators, within a stepped-care model, to provide NICE-approved, low intensity interventions using computerised cognitive behaviour therapy (cCBT) programmes, both online and face-to-face in group settings.


What we need from you

  • You will assess and provide low intensity interventions to service users, using CBT theories and techniques.
  • You will manage a varied caseload of clients.
  • You will collate and analyse performance data as necessary.
  • You will develop effective relationships with a range of external organisations.
  • You will keep accurate and up to date records of client records.
  • You will ensure all statutory responsibilities are followed and reported as required.
  • You will need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

  • A permanent, parttime contract for 28 hours per week.
  • An annual salary of £25,174 (NHS Band B4 entry).
  • You can work usually from home, but you'll spend time in our office in Trafford.
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years.
