    About the role

    The Senior Programme Manager will manage an enterprise wide Program of Change to meet business objectives within agreed time and quality needs. This will include all Business Change activities and well as Technology.An existing Program requires a new leader to complete the final business and technology outcomes. The objectives of the Program are to introduce a new enterprise technology platform to multiple business units which involves multiple data migrations, business enablement and onboarding and IT development work. The Program is based on Agile framework with a number of Squads.

    What you'll do
    • Define end to end program plan of all activities and outcomes with clear milestones
    • Ensure progress is monitored and reported to various stakeholders
    • Scope and measure the capacity and workload of each Program squad to optimise velocity
    • Establish Risk and Issues framework to identify and mitigate against non-delivery
    • Establish and manage a Change Control process to assess impact and benefit of requests
    • Prepare and talk through updates on Program progress, issues and risks
    • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Squad Leads to ensure the Program is delivering to the business priorities
    • Work in collaboration with Business and IT Architecture to ensure all technology outcomes adhere to the respective strategy and IT principles
    • Collaborate with IT Security to ensure all program outcomes meet the organisations security standards
    • Introduce and instil a Quality Control framework for all business and technology outcomes
    About you
    • Work and act independently, being self-supervising within the expectations of Senior Management with outcomes reviewed at Senior level
    • Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record delivering enterprise wide programs for minimum of 5 years
    • Thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods
    • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
    • A Business acumen and strategic mindset
    • Excellent Organisational and Leadership skills
    • An analytical and a problem solving mindset
