    Job Description:

    Our client is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven new business hunter to join their team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth and ensuring the continued success of our client in the manufacturing, distribution, and 3PL sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and analyze potential markets and industries to identify new business opportunities. Develop strategic plans to enter and expand our client's footprint in these markets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers. Understand their unique needs and pain points to tailor solutions that align with our client's offerings.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, positioning, and competitive analysis, to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of our client's product offerings, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and effectively communicate this information to potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our client's solutions.
    • Negotiate terms and contracts with potential clients, ensuring they are aligned with our client's business goals and objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to adjust strategies and approaches as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery and support of our client's solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record (5+ Years) of success in Business Development/New Business development and outbound sales within the technology or software industry, preferably in the B2B sector.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or 3PL operations and their software needs.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
