    An A&L Tech Lead is a senior-level professional who plays a crucial role in business development, technical operations, and team leadership

    Responsibilities:-

    • Making architectural and design decisions
    • Good experience in team handlining, project planning and delivery
    • Lead qualification, customer discovery, product demo, proof-of-concept (POCs), implementation, and follow-up
    • Providing the technical vision and leadership necessary for the team's success
    • Responsible for guiding your team through technical decisions related to data annotation and labeling
    • Working with customers or clients to identify their requirements
    • Devising sales strategies and increasing the probability of converting a prospect into a lead Ensuring excellent client relations.
    • Actively engage in pre-sales role with Sales team for growing A&L business
    • Creating meaningful value for customers, partners, and employees.
    • Customizing and tailoring products based on customer requirements
    • Streamlining internal processes and taking care of development teams
    • Work closely with team to win algorithm development and other high value business opportunities Required Competencies

    Experience &Qualification

    • Requirement understanding and deriving the solutions
    • Good programming skills in Python
    • Knowledge of Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, MatplotLib etc.
    • Good exposure in developing the ML based classification, regression and clustering algorithms.
    • Swedish/Dutch to be hired preferably from Gothenburg
    • Ability to design and implement software development architectures.
    • Good industry, market, and business understanding
    • Ensuring quality and timely completion of projects related to 3D models (e.g., telecom towers).
    • Proficiency in testing techniques and debugging tools.
    • Basic understanding of computer vision concepts and libraries.
    • Good communication and analytical skills
    • Demonstrable experience implementing machine learning models; from initial conception right through to the final production model
    • Expert programming and scripting in Python and related developer tooling Skilled in ML frameworks - Tensor flow, AWS Blazing Text on Sage Maker preferred
    • Experience with various Neural Network architectures (word2vec, RNN, CNN, attention/transformer)
    • B.Tech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science.
    • 7-12 years of experience in machine learning model development, Presales, Annotation & Labelling, training and taking those into PROD
