    Operations Manager - Healthcare Recruitment

    I am working with a leading UK-based healthcare recruitment agency, renowned for their innovative approach and tech-driven solutions.

    They are seeking a commercial and tech savvy Operations Manager to lead their operations, with a strong focus on technology, and oversee aspects of HR and finance.

    As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in implementing new systems and optimising processes. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Additionally, you will oversee HR functions and work closely with the finance team to support financial planning and management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Technology Integration:
    • Leverage technology to streamline processes, enhance recruitment strategies, and improve candidate and client experience.
    • Ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of a new software system in the coming months.
    • Oversee HR functions, including training, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals and foster a positive work environment.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business.. your opinion matters in this role
    • Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organisational objectives and drive business growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sector however this is not essential.
    • Strong understanding of technology and experience with recruitment software and platforms is essential, experience of having implemented a new system within the business is desirable.
    • Solid knowledge of HR practices and principles.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    What We Offer:
