Central Bristol based Recruitment Business of whom supply their services Globally to support them with the recruitment of a
Recruitment Consultant.

Salary:
£23k - £25k dependent on experience + Bonus/Commission


About:


As Personnel Coordinator you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure our client provides the highest quality service offering in the market.

You'll be measured against KPI's to ensure the business drive theirperformance and maintain their level of service to customers.


Duties:

Interface with Clients Crewing Planners/Project Managers regarding personnel requirements for client projects.
To develop strong relationships with consultants by providing the highest level of service.
Administration of client and consultant related documentation ensuring compliance.
Verify all personnel's certification required for working offshore is in date.
Ensure personnel are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes.
Search and select the most suitably skilled consultants in order to create professional proposals to clients.
Input all offshore personnel movements into the company database along with all other communications as required.
Ensure maintenance of offshore personnel personal information accurately in the company database.
Search and select the most suitably skilled consultants in order to create professional proposals to clients and make placements.
Negotiate day rates and contractual terms with consultants ensuring immigration and contractual compliance
Be available to carry out On-call duties on a regular rotated basis.
Support the training and ongoing development of contracted personnel.
Assist the Business Manager in building and developing new staff members.


About you:

Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and deliver maximum operational efficiency.
Possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team, and the ability to react to short notice changes to suit operational requirements.

Be able to effectively manage own workload, and work within given timescales (both internal and external), ensuring client requirements are met.

Be able to travel, worldwide and nationally to attend client, contractor meetings as well as exhibitions / shows.
