HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
As part of the CSC (Connectivity & Secure Communications department), you will have the following responsibilities:
- **Coordinate and contribute to content production and editing,** media briefings, executive tool kits, blogs, podcasts, Q&As, fact sheets, white papers and placement of the elements in the different ESA channels, including in support to the re-definition of the CSC Website and more dynamic social media linkage;
- Coordination and contribution to strategic communications campaigns, including in the context of Space2Connect Conference, ESA Interministerial Conference, Space Summit, Safety and Security Conference, specific events and Workshops and the Ministerial Meeting CM22 and beyond;
- Develop a SWOT of CSC and a related dashboard in support to the steering of strategic communications activities towards CM22 and the implementation of Agenda 2025;
- Make proposals for optimized news flow and pitching including search words and hashtags;
- Make proposals for narrative and implement agreed outlines towards different strategic objectives, including promoting TIA programme action in the frame of connectivity, commercialization, sovereignty and sustainability/green;
- Develop related story boards and support the development of story blueprints, e.g. use cases illustrating strategic initiatives and their socioeconomic impact to decisionmakers, users and the wider public;
- Propose outreach plan including social media footprint;
- Provide outreach related expert support in fields such as event management, website development and content management as well as graphical design;
- Interface with ESA corporate communications to implement communications plan and activities;
- Support to social media activities;
- Organise and maintain internal communication activities;
- Support the coordination of review and approval process of communication material at Director level;
- Propose and initiate new communication activities;
- Support coordination and logistics of Director level events;
- Pitching ideas for potential content pieces that he/she would like to create;
- Support participation to Harwell Campus activities;
- Participation to Harwell Campus related meetings.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or communication domains;
- Minimum 4 years of experience related to marketing and communications;
- Significant experience in content production and editing;
- Good knowledge of social media channels;
- Experience in supporting event management;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
