- Carry out the production, repair, and modification of company products to meet defined build standards and specification requirements, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Possess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply these skills across a wide range of tasks.
- Be fully conversant with all equipment, tools, and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
- Ensure manufacturing build and inspection times are met, maintaining efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Check and complete all required manufacturing data requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Maintain the highest level of workmanship standards and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures associated with the manufacturing process.
- Certify the product in line with the product certification procedure, ensuring it meets all necessary standards and requirements.
- Maintain product certification and approval through regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment and uphold a robust housekeeping policy to ensure the well-being of all personnel and the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.
- Share effective strategies with other team members to foster collaboration an improve overall performance.
- Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 is essential for this role.
- Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent certificate is preferable.
- Proven planning and organising skills.

You will be instrumental in ensuring timely manufacturing build and inspection processes, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and product quality.
