The Social Work Group within the Department of Mental Health and Social Work are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer, Social Work to join their highly successful and dynamic team of social work academics


Are you:

  • Interested in joining a dynamic and collegiate group of social work academics within a department that provides an interprofessional working environment and experience?
  • Keen to influence the future of social work to be the best that it can be?
  • Someone with a passion for delivering highquality social work education, engage in social work research and practice developments?


The applicants will have a proven background in social work education and practice and will be currently registered with Social Work England.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service certificate. You are therefore required to disclose details of any criminal record.
