Specializing in providing expert property advice across various sectors throughout the region, they are currently seeking a talented Commercial Property Sales and Lettings Manager to join their team.

Utilize your extensive experience as a commercial property agent to assess, appraise, and compile comprehensive sales and leasing details for commercial properties.

• Manage and oversee the promotion of commercial properties for sale or rent, providing regular updates to clients on marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices associated with commercial property sales and lettings.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant market experience in commercial property sales and lettings.

• RICS qualification preferred, but not essential depending on relevant experience.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
