An opportunity has arisen for a candidate who is looking at moving into more of an office-based environment and off the tools.

The role has arisen in the Estimating department and as a Mechanical Estimator you will be working with a market leader within the Building Services and Engineering sector.

They have a very healthy project pipeline and can offer a hybrid working arrangement.
The role will include normal estimating duties whilst working with an electrical estimator.
# You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the mechanical tender process in order to meet key deadlines and milestones.
# Project values will be up to 50 million.
# As a mechanical estimator, you will be assisting in evaluating the total cost of a project in various industries.
# Your responsibilities include researching the materials, sourcing options, labour, and permit costs for a given project.
# You will also work with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to get appropriate estimates.
# Training will be provided.

Formal qualifications are not necessary, although an NC/HNC/HND or similar building services related qualification would be considered an advantage.
