Description

You will integrate into the Department of Neuroscience, which is currently one of the three constituent departments of The Medical School.

The post represents an exciting opportunity to combine computational and bioinformatic approaches with programs of high-quality research generating multi-omic data within the Department of Neuroscience and the associated NIHR Sheffield Biomedical Research Centre based in Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking a highly motivated person with a track record of conducting high quality systems biology research, ideally with some experience of neuroscience.

You will be expected to have evidence of academic achievement, for example in the form of high-quality publications.

The post is fixed term for three years and is available immediately.
