This team is responsible for conceiving, executing, analyzing, and refining all B2C engagement communications within the customer community.

    About the Marketing Engagement Lead:

    • Implement a holistic customer journey approach to devise and implement effective automated, triggered, and next best action-driven engagement strategies and campaigns.
    • Demonstrate the return on investment from engagement initiatives, offering insights for enhancement while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of our efforts.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Engagement Experience to deliver essential components and tools to enhance our engagement capabilities.
    • Serve as an expert in journey design methodology and provide guidance to others.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of CRM capabilities and leverage them effectively within engagement initiatives.

    Experience required of Marketing Engagement Lead:

    • Strong understanding of the life & pensions industry or banking sector.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to navigate complexity and deliver results.
    • Proficiency in CRM, Marketing Automation, and Marketing technology integrations.
    • Proven track record in delivering journey-led automated communications.
    • Mastery of experience design methodology.
    • Experience in Agile Marketing methodologies.
    • Proficient in core Marketing Data disciplines, tools, and skill sets.
    • Familiarity with marketing strategy and data-driven insights.
    • Effective communicator capable of collaborating across matrix teams
