We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established and UK leading organisation based in Northamptonshire.

This is a permanent, office-based role working 8.30am-5pm and offering £24K-£28K dependant on experience.

The role:

  • Purchase ledger maintenance
  • Produce supplier payment runs
  • Accurately processing purchase invoices
  • Support with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
  • Carry out bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile credit cards
  • Efficiently complete the end of day invoicing
  • General accounts administration
  • Ensuring the daily cash flow is kept up to date
  • Provide support to other departments when required

You:

  • A minimum of 1years experience working within accounts
  • Able to work within budget guidelines
  • Good knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Ideally previous experience using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • A team player who's happy to provide support where required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask
  • High level of accuracy and detail focused

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
