Progression to Directorship
£50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Bonuses + Pension + Benefits

The core responsibilities of this role will be managing and overseeing general day-to-day running of the company with a focus on the Sales and engineering teams.

To achieve this the right candidate will either have previous experience with hands-on Maintenance or come from a time-served senior manager/ leadership role.

This company specialises in the Water Treatment Sector and has risen to become a leader in their field.

This role would suit an experienced manager who is looking to leave their stamp on a company, in addition to having the opportunity to grow a team within a growing business.

All whilst having a clear scope of progression to directorship roles.


The Role:
*Full autonomy and a chance to put your stamp on the company.
*Clear scope of progression to directorship/ GM.
*Creating sales strategies.
*Overseeing the Engineering and Technical function of a bespoke manufacturer


The Candidate:
*Experience managing within an Engineering business.
*Experience with Heat Source Pump applications is ideal but not essential.
*Based near Warwick.
*Wants to progress to Directorship.
