The successful candidate will be someone who has built crypto settlement and post trade reconciliation ideally in the OTC space but at the very least interacting with large numbers of exchanges and has experience with borrow/lend products. The lead hire will set the standards and lead on both the design and user experience. The lead role will cover both the frontend design and implementation as well as the backend implementation. The stack will interface with our trading systems, various exchanges, risk system and downstream reporting platforms. In terms of stakeholders, the role will deal with technology, operations front-office and risk teams. They should have familiarity with full stack dev but not necessarily expertise. The stack will likely be built in python so advanced python skills are required as is database knowledge to the point they are able to design and implement databases - ideally Postgres.
