Futures Recruitment Services are excited to be working with our long-standing client based in Bognor Regis within the Manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a CNC Engineering Technician to work within the Machine shop.


As CNC Engineering Technician your main duties will be:

  • Supervise Tornos Deco/Delta & Star CNC process.
  • Set, operate, and programme CNC machine tools.
  • Take lead responsibility for driving lean/SMED activities in CNC section.
  • Take lead responsibility for the optimisation of CNC and CAD/CAM processes.
  • Support production engineering in the introduction and development of new tooling and equipment.
  • Train staff on CNC equipment and processes when required.
  • Liaise with machine shop planner for routing and run rate changes and process improvements.

To be considered for the CNC Engineering Technician role, you must have:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and resolution on CNC production processes
  • Experience in working with and maintaining machinery
  • Knowledge of new parts routing planning and time studies for CNC processes.


This role is Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm with a half day on friday, paying between £30,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience.
