Description

Examples of responsibilities to expect:


  • Ensure Group Operational Risk Management Framework for The Bank.
  • Provide 2nd LoD support and maintain a robust and efficient process driven RCSA
  • Contribute and support the ICAAP as part of the Operational Risk team
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessments, events/incident management, risk analysis, monitoring and reporting & conducting Root Cause Analysis.

3+ years of 2nd Line Operational risk experience within Financial Services (preferably retail banking or lending firms)
:


  • Knowledge of retail banking or mortgage lending and buytolet would be a plus
  • RCSA experience is required

Strong Excel skills:

-
Able to commute to either West Midlands or Kent at least 3 days a week

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams
