How about managing a service that provides a family-feel, therapeutic home for young people who have experienced relational trauma?
Do you have the knowledge to help protect them from exploitation?

We are searching for a wonderfully ambitious, driven, kind, experienced & loving individual destined to be the Registered Manager for our very first children's home in east London.

This home will be a therapeutic setting and exclusively for girls at risk of exploitation.

If you're a Registered Manager, with experience of setting up and running a home for children and young is what you can expect (it's a great package).

Experience in the running of a children's residential home
A deep knowledge of the Social Care sector
Worked with, negotiated and built an excellent relationships with a local authority
Ability to love & nurture young people & staff through the most challenging situations
A strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation and the multitude of challenges faced by young people
