- Working with our existing clients on a day to day basis
- Developing and maintaining relationships with football clubs and commercial contacts.
- Attending live games and watching video footage of our current clients and targets
- Generating new targets through scouting and analysis
- Working closely with the CEO on contract negotiations and deals
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional football.
- A good understanding of the Women's game
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and Linkedin
- Experience of using Hudl, Wyscout and Transfer Tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence

Job Overview:
The role advertised is an exciting opportunity to join the company as Head of Women's Football within a dynamic growing Football Agency.
An exciting full-time position for anyone who loves football and is especially interested in the women's game. You will use your extensive network to discover new Talent, look after existing Players and introduce new Commercial Partnerships. Flexibility is key and although the role is hybrid you will need to be able to speak to Players as and when required and attend games which will involve weekends depending on fixtures.
