    Description

    High Voltage Cable Jointer - 11kV, 33kV

    Salary - £45,000 / £60, % Bonus

    Location - Bristol, Remote, UK Wide Travel (Expensed)

    We're partnering with a dynamic HV Green Energy Solutions provider, who are growing their Bristol team after several major projects dedicated to supporting the energy transition to Net Zero. Their mission is to re-electrify and enhance grid stability across the UK.

    The team are collaborating with Manufacturers, DNO's, IDNO's, ICP's, Power Plant Operators, and Investors on groundbreaking projects spanning Wind, Energy Storage, Solar, Biogas, and EV.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Installation, termination and jointing of high voltage cables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
    • Identify and diagnose issues in HV cable systems.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
    • Conduct regular maintenance and respond promptly to any cable faults.

    Key Skills

    • Proven experience as a High Voltage Cable Jointer, with good understanding of high voltage systems, cable jointing techniques and safety procedures.
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
