- Empower, motivate, and develop the Centre operational team, to deliver best-in-class service aligned with sustainability goals.
- Liaise directly with internal & external stakeholders, such as the tenants, landlord, local council, and more.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence, bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving mindset, including the new technology and contributing to the ESG strategy.
- Manage the planned redevelopment of multiple units, with exciting plans to repurpose to further the mixed-use nature of the asset.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the scheme as a premier retail destination, assisting with the exciting planned improvements.
- An exceptional leader with proven empowerment, communication, and motivation skills.
- Innovative, adaptable, and experienced in managing diverse teams and mixed-use developments.
- Experienced in Health & Safety compliance, IOSH minimum.
