Business Development Manager - CCTV / Security - North West - Up to £55,000

About the Company

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the North West for an organisation who sell and hire their security services and CCTV systems into the construction, infrastructure and built environment industry.

The role will be developing new business, working with Facilities Management organisations, Specifiers / Construction Companies / SMEs, consultancies, and end-users.

This is not a framework type Business Development role but a door-knocking role, requiring a hunter, not a farmer mentality and skill base.


Business Development Manager - The Rewards

  • Competitive Salary £40,000 £55,000
  • Car Allowance £5,200
  • Commission uncapped OTE £15k on top of basic
  • Package

Business Development Manager - Requirements

  • Winning work on a regular basis within the construction/building industry
  • Previous experience within a hiring company.
  • Experience required of securing contracts with SME's and national organisations with bases in the Midlands is desirable
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Good knowledge of the sales process
  • Key relationships with end users
  • Great communication skills
  • Good team skills must be able to work closely with colleagues and other departments
  • Able to work independently, when required
  • CRM system knowledge


This role would suit a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Account Manager or Senior Business Development Manager with experience in the Hire Sector, Construction, Civils Infrastructure,Building Services, Anyone outside of these sectors would not be considered at this time for an interview.
