    Reporting to the Director of Delivery R&D, you will join a high performance, high impact R&D team.

    This is an exciting time for Astrea with our growth into the Cell and Gene therapy space and the launch of our Fiber chromatography, AstreAdept.

    We are looking to hire an analytical scientist to work in R&D with in-depth knowledge of analysis of biomolecules, to contribute to our product and applications development.

    You will be skilled at analysing and presenting analytics data.
    You will help, train, and supervise other scientists in the lab.
    The role requires collaboration, experimental design skills, data analysis and project management.

    Data Analysis:

    Utilize your expertise to analyze complex analytical data, generate meaningful insights, and provide recommendations for process improvement and product development.

    Maintain comprehensive documentation of experimental procedures, results, and reports, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and regulatory affairs, to support research and development efforts.

    Training:
    training and upskilling other scientists
    Keep up to date with developments in the field.

    Serve as a consultant within the organisation sharing your expertise on Analytics, acting as a technical expert advising and sharing scientific technical expertise with top management, customers and product management on applications and research.

    Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical tools.
    Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
    Hands on experience of analysis of DNA, Viruses and Virus like particles would be seen as an advantage.
