As a Multi-Skilled Night Receptionist, you will welcome and take care of our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Greet, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
Complete all administration tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist
Ensure a smooth and secure environment to all our guests during the night
experience is an asset
Have strong communication and administration skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
