    Security Service Engineer

    Location: Nottingham

    Salary: £40,000 DOE

    Call Out: 1 in 3

    What you will do


    • As a Security Service Engineer, you will be involved in attending and undertaking service work of security systems such as Intruder Alarms, Access control and CCTV, for a range of customers from commercial, domestic, and integrated systems


    • A key point of contact for several customers, and be responsible for ensuring their security engineering needs are met


    • Ongoing training will be provided for you.


    • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.


    • To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.


    • Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
