- Demonstrable experience as a Building Surveyor at an Associate Director level, preferably within a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
- Expertise in sectors such as commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, public, education, heritage, and retail.
- Proven business development skills with a track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of mentoring and developing team members.
- MRICS qualification is highly regarded.In return?
