Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, from initial property viewings to final tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and providing property information to potential tenants.

Negotiating rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.

Managing the end-to-end lettings process, from marketing properties to managing the move-in process.

Ensuring all lettings procedures and documentation are in compliance with UK laws and regulations.

Developing strong relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Managing the tenancy renewals process, ensuring a smooth transition between tenancies.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Good knowledge of UK rental market and property laws.

Full driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
