We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager to cover the Dorset, Somerset and Devon & Cornwall areas.
Day to Day:
To manage the day-to-day planned works maintenance across a geographical areaLead a team, monitoring performance and delivery of worksWork closely with the senior management teamExperience of working on a social housing contract, client or contractor sideExperience of schedule of ratesReporting budgetsMonthly and quarterly contract reviewsHealth & Safety on siteRequirements (Skills & Qualifications):Suitable related construction based NVQ or equivalentStrong contract and people management experienceExperience working in social housing essentialExperience of working high volume repairs jobsExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding around HR processBenefits:Holiday payBank holidays offCar or car allowanceCareer developmentPlease apply or contact Kirsty at Build Recruitment for further details.
