    What will you do as a Customer Service Administrator?

    • Process sales orders
    • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
    • Be the first point of contact with logistics providers
    • Run sales reports for regional managers
    • Promote web shop and promotions for B2B Customers
    • Manage client price lists
    • Support our UK and ROI customer base with their sales orders, queries and deliveries.
    • Processing the sales orders received daily via phone, email or e-commerce

    What will you need as a Customer Service Administrator?

    • Driver and own transport due to location
    • Experience within an office-based customer service role
    • Confident, excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
    • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
    • Understanding UK and International order processing
