    Shiplake College is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and efficient individual to be our Exams Officer. We require a person who can work to strict deadlines, follow structured processes and procedures and is focused on the needs of our pupils. The right candidate will understand the importance of the role and will relish the responsibility of ensuring our pupils' exams are run efficiently.

    You will be responsible for both public and internal exams and managing our team of invigilators. Previous experience of examinations work and using school management information systems to record examination entries and results would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Full training will be provided.

    Shiplake College is an independent boarding and day school for just over 500 pupils aged 11 to 18. There has been a co-educational Sixth Form since 1998 and in September 2023 girls joined in Year 7 as the College goes fully co-educational. Situated in 45 acres of beautiful countryside near Henley-on-Thames, we offer an outstanding education based on small class sizes, excellent facilities and dedicated teaching staff. All teaching staff are expected to contribute to the busy programme of co-curricular activities on offer.
