Description

As a technical administrator, you'll assist in the delivery of an efficient, high performing stock condition surveying service, including the maintenance and updating of a stock condition, energy efficiency and asset database that accurately reflects the current condition of the Group's assets.

When we talk about stock we mean the properties and buildings we own.

You'll provide general administrative support to the stock condition team and wider property investment team as required, including raising and completing purchase orders, organising meetings, and taking minutes alongside other administrative tasks.

You'll support our asset surveyors by ensuring their diaries are populated with appointments in line with the team priorities and assist in the preparation of future programmes; these could include major repair programmes, programme maintenance or improvement works.

About you
You'll be educated to GCSE level, with passes in English and Maths.

As you've guessed, you'll be working with IT, so you'll be a confident user of IT, including the Microsoft suite.

You'll also be working with bespoke databases and systems, so being able to pick up new systems will come naturally to you.

You'll be communicating with customers and colleagues, so being a strong communicator and being able to deliver messages verbally and in writing is essential.

This role can be carried out in the office or at home whichever suits you.

You'll find great support from the team so being able to build strong working relationships will really support you in the role.
