- Carry out routine calibrations, repairs, planned preventative maintenance and, test and certification procedures as required.
- Carry out the testing and set up of systems prior to despatch to customers.
- Take ownership of the resolution of individual issues and follow through to an effective conclusion.
- Prioritise issues and effectively communicate with customers and Vitalograph personnel on status and progress.
- Customer site visits to resolve issues, support field personnel or assist in installations.
- Inform and advise customers on Vitalograph and 3rd party products and solutions.

This role will be based in our Head Office in Buckingham with a requirement for you to attend college in Bicester, one day per week.
