Jellycat have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join 'us' - The People Team You could be writing these ads and helping Jellycat attract and secure the best talent in order to support the business through its' period of hyper-growth.

Collaborating with hiring managers to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process on our ATS (Team Tailor).

You'll be responsible for:

Partnering with key stakeholders (globally) to understand resource needs and advise on appropriate talent solutions.
Training and guiding managers on recruitment and selection best practice.
Working closely with the People Team on a seamless preboarding and induction experience.
Updating and engaging with our LinkedIn and Glassdoor profiles.
Using reporting and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

You'll have:

Good working knowledge of relevant UK Employment Law and recruitment best practice
Previous experience of working with an ATS
A personable and efficient manner that reflects the ethos of the brand
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
A genuine team player who is flexible, positive, and enjoys building professional relationships
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
A genuine love of the brand
