    Exciting job opportunity as a Business Development Manager at Jellycat

    Join Jellycat, a company known for creating unique luxury soft toys with quirky designs and luxurious fabrics. With a strong online presence and numerous stockists worldwide, Jellycat is looking to expand its UK business by hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK market.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Developing a growth strategy in collaboration with the Head of UK Sales
    • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to support company objectives
    • Working with the marketing team to build key relationships and drive business growth
    • Project managing store executions, pop-up activations, and brand events
    • Collaborating with global teams to share best practices
    • Creating go-to-market plans for different product lines
    • Providing regular performance updates to the UK Sales Head and leadership team
    • Analysing market trends and customer needs for product development
    • Being a key part of the UK sales leadership team, exploring opportunities for Jellycat in the UK and Ireland

    What you'll need:

    • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
    • Understanding of luxury brand positioning
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Collaborative and creative mindset
    • Passion for Jellycat's brand and products
    • Knowledge of profit and loss management
